How long is shipping/processing?

processing time of original artwork varies due to shipping time of proper boxes for the work and preparation of the piece for lifetime preservation. Shipping time is 5-7 business days, please take into account the delays that may come with shipping during Covid-19

How can I return something?

There are no returns or exchanges

What if my artwork is damaged upon receiving? 

Email tiara.artista@gmail.com with your order number and a replacement will be sent out to you, or credited to your account if you would like a different piece.
